UNICON, established in 1965, specializes in the production of aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Formerly known as San Shin Electronics Co., Ltd., it is a subsidiary of the Nichigas Kaihatsu group. Its products are sold to major Japanese enterprises and markets in Europe, America, and Asia. These capacitors are widely used in military and defense industries, shipping, automotive, automatic control, communications, computers, consumer electronics, and are particularly renowned for their applications in the audio industry. UNICON is currently the world's largest producer of axial lead aluminum electrolytic capacitors, boasting the only fully automated production line in the industry. Additionally, it leads the global market in the production technology and product specifications of conductive polymer solid-state electrolytic capacitors.
